Superseding the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, the regulation contains provisions and requirements pertaining to the processing of personally identifiable information of individuals (formally called data subjects in the GDPR) inside the European Union, and applies to all enterprises, regardless of location, that are doing business with the European Economic Area.
This Privacy Statement describes the types of information the NDI SOLUTIONS and affiliates, (collectively, “NDI SOLUTIONS”, “VPSGet” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect through our websites, including the website at www.vpsget.com, www.vpsget.eu, +subdomains (our “Sites” or “Websites”), as well as all related websites, networks, applications, and other services provided by us and on which a link to this Privacy Statement is displayed . This Privacy Statement describes the information that we gather from you on our webistes , how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect such information.
Information We Collect
When you use our websites, we may collect information about you, including your name, email, contact information and other billing information, geographic area, or preferences and we may link this information with other information about you. You may provide us with information in various ways. For example, you provide us with information when you order or register to use features of our service, use our services/websites, make a purchase through our website vpsget.com, request information from us, or send us customer service-related requests.
We do not collect or store credit card information as we use 3rd party merchant services like PayPal, 2checkout, DalPay. BitPay. Our website redirect you to the merchant website and you enter credit card information there. However we able to see tha last 4 digit of your card, AWS details and error codes via merchant API or on merchant website. Information collected by payment processors in this manner is subject to that third-party’s own data collection, use, and disclosure policies.
When you use our websites, we may collect certain information automatically from your device, including information like your IP address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, broad geographic location (by use of GPS or other geolocation features of your device) and other technical information. We may also collect information about how your device has interacted with our websites including our Sites, including the pages accessed and links clicked. Please note that we do not request any documents for usual websites purchasesr. You able to register and pay for the services w/o providing any documents/ proves of IDs etc. For sure there may be exclusions that will be formed in individual manner. (usually with users who didn’t passed automatic anti-fraud protection )
BTC/any other crypto transactions
We use BitPay and Coinpayments services to accept crypto payments. The payment processors may store the addresses you’ve used to pay from and we also able to access this data via API or few other ways. However such information usually ALSO stored in blockchain of the crypto used and could be accessed by anyone as it’s related to decentralized blockchain technology. Such information could not be modified or deleted by no one.
Third-Party Buttons. We may implement third-party buttons on our websites pages (such as Facebook/Twitter “like” or “share” buttons) that may function as web beacons even when you do not interact with the button. Information collected through third-party web beacons and buttons is collected directly by these third-parties, not by NDI SOLUTIONS. Information collected by a third-party in this manner is subject to that third-party’s own data collection, use, and disclosure policies.
Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Data
NDI SOLUTIONS engages commonly-used website navigation and information gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information as you navigate our Offerings. Nutanix and our affiliates use these cookies or similar technologies to analyse trends, administer our Offerings, track user’s movements around our Offerings, store preference information in our Offerings, serve targeted advertisements, and gather demographic information about our user community as a whole. We uses such cookies like (included but not limited): Strictly necessary cookies, Performance cookies, Functional cookies, and Miscellaneous cookies. NDI SOLUTIONS uses Critical cookies that contain information critical to your experience with our websites, or that assist with certain personalization actions that are essential to the use of our services. Process cookies help make the websites work and deliver the expected services. Analytics cookies are used to collect information and report website usage statistics without personally identifying visitors. VPSGet uses security cookies to authenticate users, prevent fraudulent use of login credentials, and protect information from unauthorized entities.
Log Files, IP Addresses, URLs and Other Data
VPSGet, like most websites, gathers certain information automatically to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer our Offerings. This information may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), device and application identification numbers, your location, your browser type, your Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, the pages and files you viewed, your searches, your operating system and system configuration information, and date/time stamps associated with your usage. Due to Internet communications standards, when you visit or use our websites, we automatically receive the URL of the website from which you came and the website to which you go when you leave our websites. This information is used to analyze overall trends, to help us improve our websites, track and aggregate non-personal information.

Marketing emails and opt-out.
If you receive marketing communications from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email. You may also opt out from receiving commercial email from us by sending your request to us by email at email@example.com or by writing to us at the support address firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware that if you opt out of receiving commercial email from us or otherwise modify the nature or frequency of promotional communications you receive from us, it may take up to twenty business days for us to process your request, and you may continue receiving promotional communications from us during that period. Additionally, even after you opt out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding our websites/services.
Once you’ve registered in our system you should understand that we may send you marketing information. Usually we do it really rather and for selected by some criteria customers.
We will not disclose information about you that we collect on or through our websites to third-parties without your consent. We may disclose information to third-parties if you consent to us doing so, as well as in the following circumstances:

Information about our users may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to an acquirer, successor, or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, or in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third-parties as one of our business assets in which case the acquirer, successor or assignee will use your personal information in line with this Privacy Statement.
In case we’ll be forced to share your information to some government forces we usually notify you via email about this case. However we have only few cases on our experience of such cases.
We may make certain aggregated, automatically-collected, or otherwise non-personal information available to third-parties for various purposes, including (i) compliance with various reporting obligations; (ii) for business or marketing purposes; or (iii) to assist such parties in understanding our users’ interests, habits, and usage patterns for certain programs, content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality available through our websites.

International Transfer of Information and International Visitors
NDI SOLUTIONS is UK based company. Our websites are hosted in the Netherlands. If you choose to use our websites from the United States or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from UK/EU laws, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the EU/UK for storage and processing.
We may transfer and process your personal information in countries other than the country in which you are resident in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating and providing our services. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country. Specifically, our websites are hosted in the Netherlands, and our subsidiaries and third-party service providers and partners operate in the EU/United States and other countries.
